This is a wood inlay picture my dad did for Grandad Punch in Australia. There is a similar one that was made for Grandad Beringer (I think) that used to hang in my Uncle Buck’s house. I don’t know who has it now.
This picture used to hang in my grandad’s pub in Ultima, Victoria Australia and was given to me by my cousin Vivien Costigan.
The paper on the back (in Uncle Mick’s handwriting – I believe) says
Wood and Pattern
200 pieces approx
18 different kinds of wood from all over the world. The Indians and some other part are Australian Lace Wood.
It measures 17.25 x 13.25
